Step-by-Step to your first month

Week 1

Create your Welcome page image​ and send it to us

  1. Use a warm smiling picture of someone your customers associate with your brand -  ideally a Founder, Customer Success or Brand Ambassador.

  2. Add the copy highlighted below. Copy for ProductSTORY and ProductBITES shown.

  3. Best file format is jpg or png

  4. Best size 800w x 450h

  5. Then it to us at project.management@qualie.com, we will load it into your project

Send us your brand colours and font

Your product can be customised to use your brand's font and two key colours.  The screenshot below is marked up with what is possible to customise.

 

To project.management@qualie.com send us your:

  1. Font name

  2. Primary colour (HEX code)

  3. Button colour (HEX code)

The product will retain the font and branding colours above if not supplied.

Reel.Reviews will finalise the product

You will receive log in credentials for you company and user account. Also a short orientation to get around, including where to find the links to send to customers.

Week 2

Invite your customers - Our Best Practices

3 ways to integrate REEL.REVIEWS

1. Integrate with your existing review process

  • Rather then sending customers to other review sites, send them to your REEL.REVIEWS product by embedding the LIVE product link in the email to them.

2.  Reconnect with top-rated customers

  • Already using  other review sites? Then follow up those leaving 4 or 5 star ratings by emaikling them a LIVE link to record

3. Start a monthly invitation to all new customers

  • Used by clients who do not have a review process in place. 

  • Recent customers will have had a chance to experience your customer service and the product so their brand love will be strong and fresh

The key to the EDM is

  1. Subject line mentions the need to record a video and the incentive

  2. That they’ve been specially selected  or that you're trying something new

  3. A line about how their video will benefit other people rather than the company.

The incentive

  • We recommend an individual incentive for every customer who leaves a video for you because it encourages more people to record.

  • An ‘on brand’ incentive to the perceived value of $40 is best.  

  • Other businesses using Reel.Reviews have provided:

    -  a % off previous or next purchase

    -  a free month (if SaaS)

    -  product

    -  or vouchers eg Giftpay, Amazon store

  • If it doesn’t suit your customer base to provide an individual incentive a compelling prize draw can also work eg drawn monthly for $200-$800 value.  It could be a cash draw or major product draw.

  • The product will collect your customers email addresses, which you’ll be able to export to send (or apply) the incentive.

Week 3 & 4

Launch Social Media campaign

  • All videos can be downloaded from your dashboard then edited for socials

  • We recommend running at least a 2 week campaign - A|B test vs your current advertising to prove effectiveness of your videos.

  • Facebook have recommended using campaigns for re-targeting as well as for prospecting.  Get in touch to find out more about this.

Embed Widget on your site

  • With a simple copy &  paste of the widget code (available on your dashboard). With a few clicks, set-up your widget to only display the most authentic and believable testimonials.

  • Widget analytics are available to compare the IP addresses of those watching videos and those making a transaction on your site.

  • Run a site split test where 50% of visitors see the widget to measure conversion.
